I’m excited to share that I’ve stepped into a new role as Senior Engineering Manager at WP Engine, where I’ll be building and leading the engineering team focused on AI.
Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across the organisation as a Principal Engineer, focusing on technical strategy, innovation, and scaling engineering excellence. That chapter gave me the chance to partner with teams across the business, help shape direction, and turn early ideas into practical systems.
This next step feels like a natural continuation of that work. The difference now is that I get to expand the impact by building and leading teams focused on applying AI in meaningful, production-grade ways.
At WP Engine, we’re in a unique position to shape how AI fits into the WordPress ecosystem at scale, across millions of sites and businesses. That scale changes the standard.
The goal is not experimentation for its own sake. It is to deliver real, measurable value through AI by improving developer productivity, strengthening platform intelligence, and creating better outcomes for customers.
I’ll be working closely with an exceptional group of engineers and leaders to help define and execute this direction. I’m grateful for the trust behind the role, and I’m looking forward to what we build next.
